Where Sisterhood Meets Soul
SOULCIAL was born from a simple conversation between two women who already shared something sacred—a son, a family, and a growing friendship.
Tami and Tyeshia met via their blended family and instantly connected. For years, they shared phone calls, and a mutual love for the young man they both poured into: Ayinde. When Tyeshia made the move to Indianapolis two years ago, what had been a long-distance bond became an even closer one.
They started spending more time together—and noticed something. They both kept saying the same thing:
“I need more friends.”
“I want to go out and do things.”
“Why is it so hard to find community as women?”
So they decided to stop waiting and start building.
SOULCIAL is the answer to that conversation. It’s the circle they were craving—and now, they’re inviting other women to pull up a seat.

For as long as she can remember, Tami has helped people. It’s not just what she does—it’s who she is.
In 2002, she launched two businesses with the same mission: serve small business owners. Through Highbaugh Tax, she filed taxes and advised entrepreneurs—not just to get through tax season, but to set them up for success, ensuring they either wouldn’t owe the next year or would be prepared if they did. Through Ariesgdim, she gave small businesses a professional brand presence at a price they could actually afford.
Before long, Tami became known as a one-stop shop—the woman entrepreneurs could come to for both their financial strategy and their brand identity. If a business owner needed taxes handled, a logo designed, or honest advice about where to invest their energy, Tami was the call they made.
That work kept her deeply connected to community for years.
But when she married and her husband began needing surgeries, everything shifted. Tami made the difficult decision to shut down her businesses and pour that same energy into caring for him and her oldest grandson. Later, she moved in with her father to help him navigate Alzheimer’s.
For years, she gave and gave and gave.
“My entire adult life had been lived caring for others. After moving in with my dad and separating from my husband, I looked in the mirror and thought: Who am I outside of taking care of everyone else?”
She tried reconnecting with old friends, but found they were in different seasons of life. The loneliness was real—and honest.
Through counseling, podcasts, and a lot of soul work, Tami realized what was missing: a circle of women. A place to heal. A place to be seen not as “caregiver” or “wife” or “business owner,” but simply as herself. A place where she could receive after a lifetime of giving.
At a family gathering, she shared the idea with Tyeshia. A month later, SOULCIAL was born.
“Now I’m helping us build something together—a space where women can heal, connect, and remember who they are. Including me.”

Tami and Tyeshia built SOULCIAL because they needed it—and they believed other women did, too. This isn’t a brand or a business to us. It’s a living, breathing circle we’re honored to hold open.
Every gathering, every conversation, every moment of sisterhood is an extension of that first conversation at a family gathering. Two women who decided to stop waiting and start building.
Now we’re building it with you.
